Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. While most orders ship the following business day, some may require an extra business day for processing.

What do my shipping and handling fees cover?

When your order arrives, you may notice a postage amount printed on the package. The remainder of your shipping and handling fee goes toward the handling process. After our products are manufactured, they must be transported to our distribution center, where our team carefully and manually packs each order. Please rest assured that we do not make any profit from shipping and handling charges.

In some cases, customs duty fees may apply and can vary depending on your country’s regulations. If a duty payment is required, a link will be sent to your email so you can complete the payment prior to clearance. Once the duty is paid and the package is cleared, it will be delivered right to your door.
